FAB-RANK NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated in Nigeria on the 11th day of August 1992 as a limited liability company. The head office is located at Port Harcourt with branch offices in Warri and Lagos. Since its incorporation as a Stockist/Supplier of Drilling and Production Chemicals for the oil industries, FAB-RANK has grown steadily to become FAB-RANK GROUP which comprises:

Our Mission

Quality and customers satisfaction are important subjects to receiving increasing attention worldwide. The quality manual, in which FAB-RANK Group has adopted and shall fulfill the requirements of the ISO 9001, provides a response to this awareness and seek to encourage its personnel to manage the quality aspect of this activities in an effective manner to achieve customer satisfaction.

The Assurance of Quality is fundamental for all work undertaken by FAB-RANK Group and is practiced by all personnel in their daily activities. Quality is enhanced by working in a systematic manner to formalized procedures designed to eliminate the occurrence of deficiencies. To promote uniformity of working methods, Quality Assurance procedure shall be implemented and adequately maintained at all time for all departments including management.

It shall be the responsibility and authority of the Managing Director of FAB-RANK Group to ensure that the company's Quality policy is implemented and understood, and consistently and regularly reviewed to reflect current company and customer philosophies.

It shall be the responsibility and authority of the individual department and discipline managers to compile, implement and integrate the requirements of the quality policy and of the quality manual into their regular working methods, and to ensure that all such methods are clearly defined and documented into procedures and/or guidelines.
